Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Elaia, quality and care are at the core of everything we do. Due to the nature of our products — flowers and plants — specific terms apply to returns and cancellations.

 

1. Perishable Products (Flowers & Plants)

Fresh flowers and live plants are considered perishable goods and are not subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable distance selling legislation.

Returns are not accepted in cases of:

  • Deterioration due to improper care after delivery
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Recipient absence at the time of delivery

 

2. Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items (such as decorative objects, pots, and accessories), customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt, provided that:

  • The product has not been used
  • It is returned in its original condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is delivered visibly damaged or defective, the customer must contact Elaia within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Following evaluation, Elaia may proceed with:

  • Product replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

 

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled provided that cancellation occurs before preparation or shipment has begun.

For custom-made arrangements, event styling, or landscaping projects, different cancellation terms may apply based on individual agreements.

 

5. Landscaping Projects

For landscaping projects, plant installations, or custom constructions, return and cancellation terms are defined through separate contractual agreements.
