At Elaia, delivery forms an integral part of the overall quality experience we offer. Given the nature of our products — flowers and plants — each shipment is handled with care, appropriate packaging, and professional management to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

Deliveries within Attica

Deliveries within the Attica region are carried out:

• By the company’s own delivery vehicles, or
• Through selected courier partners, where appropriate.

Fresh flowers and plants are delivered within specific time windows, subject to prior arrangement.

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed within the designated timeframe and are subject to availability confirmation.

 

Deliveries within the Rest of Greece

For deliveries outside Attica:

• Non-perishable products are shipped via cooperating courier services.
• Plants are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe transportation.

Due to the sensitive nature of fresh flowers, delivery outside Attica may not always be available, depending on seasonality and transport conditions.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Given the perishable and living nature of certain products, restrictions may apply. Prior communication is required to confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on:

• Product availability
• Delivery location
• Seasonal demand (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

During peak periods, adjusted delivery timeframes may apply.

 

Shipping Costs

Elaia cannot be held responsible for product deterioration resulting from incorrect details or absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

 

Landscaping Projects & Large Installations

For landscaping projects, large plant installations, professional fit-outs, or custom constructions, delivery terms and schedules are defined through separate agreements and project timelines.
